Weeks 1-3:


We kick off our work together with 3 different 2-hour discovery meetings where we’ll take a deep dive into your unique personal history, strengths, career history, values, and goals. We utilize the PrinciplesYou personality assessment and create a mind map that encapsulates your past, present, and future and helps reframe your thinking about yourself.


You’ll also learn about the STAR framework and different leadership frameworks, including insights from Charlie Munger, Howard Marks, Gallup, PrinciplesYou, and many others, and identify your leadership principles. These first 3 weeks lay the foundation for all of the deliverables and outcomes you’ll leave with.


Weeks 4-8:


The second stage of our work together is when we put the pieces together to create what will not only set you apart from other candidates, but also transform and elevate your personal brand.


You’ll get a refreshed resume, an updated LinkedIn profile, an elevator pitch (and practice), candidate deck, and LinkedIn audience activation with 4 posts to leverage your network.


Lastly, we dive into your own tailored job search strategy, including which companies you’re targeting and why, networking strategies, and interview training and practice.

Weeks 9-12: 

The final part of our work involves the offer analysis and negotiation stages. For any offers received, we will carefully analyze them and craft a counter-offer. 

Ghostwriting to hiring managers and CEOs and negotiation tactics and strategies are also included.

FAQ

  • Generally Director level to C-level, but in some cases we work with individual contributors. I’d be happy to discuss your unique needs and see if working together would be a good fit.

  • It’s a co-design. We write a draft (80% of what you need) for you. Then you make the story your own with the remaining 20% and get to the final version.

  • On average, we do three 2-hour sessions (once a week for 3 weeks) to get your story to a place where we can design a resume, candidate deck, and LinkedIn profile. It’s typically a one week turn-around to develop the resume and case studies, then one more week for final review.


    However, we can accelerate the process in urgent situations and can be done in half the time. In other cases, it may take longer depending on the client and situation.

  • Negative biases that we hold is a human experience. Bias impacts all genders, ethnicities, age groups, cultures, and companies.


    The most important part of the work we do together is not the external (jobs, resumes, etc.) but the internal – reframing how you see yourself and tell your story. We work together to work through your frameworks and lenses of how you see yourself and help you refine and feel confident in telling your story in interviews, networking, and life in general.

  • It depends on what areas of your career you may want to work on.


    The coaching work that I do with our clients isn't focused explicitly on improving our clients’ resumes and LinkedIn profiles. I support leaders in advancing their leadership capabilities, with personality assessments to develop awareness of strengths and growth areas, career planning, and offer advisory and negotiation.

  • While I can’t guarantee specific outcomes for clients, as a result of our work together, you’ll develop a stronger sense of self and leadership capabilities, which leads to higher conversion in the interview process with companies you’re targeting. Many of my clients receive promotions in title and raises in cash compensation as a result of our work together.
